What are your opening hours?
The office is open Monday to Friday, from 9.15 to 5.15. Messages
left on the answer machine outside of these hours are dealt
with on the next working day.
Do you provide Legal Aid?
Legal Aid is only available for Mental Health and Criminal
cases. We will be happy to refer you to a Legal Aid provider
for other enquiries.
What if you can't help?
As a Connect2Law member Dale and Co. will refer you to the
most appropriate solicitor to your needs.
What do I need for the first
appointment?
You will need to bring all relevant documentation plus 2 forms
of I.D., such as your driving license/ passport/utility bills
Is it important that I like
my Solicitor?
It is important that you feel comfortable with your solicitor
and confident that they understand you and your wishes. A
free first appointment will help you to get to know both the
solicitor and the ethos of the firm, and decide if this is
right for you.
If I have an urgent enquiry
can I receive advice that day?
Usually yes - if we cannot see you the same day we will arrange
to see you the next working day .
What happens on a first free
appointment?
We will explain how we work and the services that we offer
to ensure we can work well together. We also can refer in
certain cases, in your best interests.
I have complicated financial
matters. Should I see a solicitor or an accountant first?
We can direct you to independent experts who are commission
free. They will be able to offer you specialist advice regarding
matters of complex probate.
