If we do not recover your debt prior to the matter going to court, we will not charge.
If we successfully recover a debt (without it being defended and prior to the proceedings being issued) our charges will be 15% of the debt recovered plus VAT on amounts over £1,000.
If we successfully recover a debt under £1,000 our charges will be £150 plus VAT. If the debtor does not respond to our letters and we issue proceedings, we will inform you of the court fee and an estimate of our costs.
Court fees and interest accrued since the date of the invoice due are included in the claim.
